We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below before making a reservation.

1. Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund (minus any processing fees, if applicable).
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged one night's room rate.
  • No-shows (failure to arrive without cancellation) will be charged the full booking amount.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

  • Special promotional rates or non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • No refunds will be issued for early check-outs.

2. Modification Policy

  • Booking modifications (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability.
  • Modification requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original check-in date.
  • Changes may result in price adjustments based on current rates.

3. Group Bookings

  • Group bookings (5+ rooms) have separate cancellation terms.

4. Refund Process

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Processing Fees:

  • Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
  • Government-imposed travel restrictions

We will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer:

  • Full or partial refunds
  • Rebooking options for future dates
  • Travel vouchers

6. Third-Party Bookings

If you booked through a third-party platform (e.g., travel websites, booking agents):

  • Cancellations must be made through the same platform
  • The cancellation policy of the third-party platform will apply
  • Refunds will be processed according to their terms

7. Prepaid & Advance Payment Bookings

  • Advance payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the specified timeframe.
  • Partial prepayments may be forfeited based on the cancellation timeline.
